Add more backup possibilities

Add a location for backups, like NAS location.

I use NFS storage to put my LXC's / VM's backup to, but in pulse the only backup option is backup server.
it would be nice to be able to use an NFS share that is mounted on proxmox nodes to select or configure it as a backup location.

this seems a bit difficult or you have to give it the root rights (backup-info api part).

@eissens Hey! Just enhanced the diagnostics to better catch storage permission issues like this.

Can you try the latest stable release and run the diagnostics tool (Settings → gear icon → diagnostics section)? It now specifically tests backup storage access and should help identify what's preventing your NFS storage from being detected.

If you're still having issues with NFS storage not showing up, the diagnostics should pinpoint whether it's a permissions thing or something else entirely.

I have done an upgrade of pulse, it still doesnt see the backups in the backup tab, but diagnostics sees backups, but marked them as local. where do you want me to sent you the diagnostic file?

I see when there is a backup task, that it sees it temporary as a snapshot, when the backup is ready, it doesnt see it anymore. So there is something not quiet right
