Bundle your app in an Application

Hello,
I followed the instruction on Bundle your app in an Application and i have in one problem, is not load resources (images, sounds...)
when i run the file outside to the bundle works fine. I tried to put the resource folder with the exec file on
standard.app/Contents/MacOS and standard.app/Contents/Resources. What am i missing ?
