Feature request: Export/Results as CSV

Use case: We’re looking at doing scanning for a site with 4000+ blog posts, and would like to have results in a spreadsheet.

We can certainly use the JSON output and post-process, but CSV feels worth the ask.

Yup! for me STDOUT redirect does the trick but feels dirty.
needs -o with variable support like %site%

-o %site%.csv gives output in google.com.csv

@Joshfindit I was looking for the same, so decided to add a CSV output format. You can check/build it from my fork: https://github.com/stelgenhof/muffet/tree/feature-csv
