--config-file error appears after initialization

After initializing with vstrap init and downloading all the necessary files, a --config-file error appears upon calling vstrap init again.

Installing any virtstrap plugins
Wrapping original activate script
Creating quick activate script
Usage: virtstrap-local [options]

virtstrap-local: error: no such option: --config-file

This can happen where there's a virtstrap.py in the projects you've installed. I need to figure out a solution for this, but at this point it doesn't seem possible.
