Add Thinkful Boise? #187

Thinkful is a national bootcamp with a Boise-specific meetup.com. As of October 2020 it's hard to tell how successful it'll be at creating local opportunity to meet/share vs. any other out of state effort; the webinars they're publishing there are not locally created knowledge/content, but they do say "Interested in having Thinkful post your event? Complete this form here: https://thinkful.typeform.com/to/mEfZMh" which could offer opportunity to people to share without having a formal/classic group/location. But at this point, it looks mostly like marketing for their webinars and their bootcamp, which we don't usually add these to groups.json because there is no local basis: it's not allowing Idahoans to educate/apprentice/mentor Idahoans, not directly, anyway.
Before adding work with Thinkful on what they're providing in return beyond exposure. Is there something they offer to make streaming an event easier, for example? Are local events listed free, or do attendees have to go through the webinar signup the same as any of theirs?
