Raises Not Implemented Error: PointCloudSettings some properties

Returns false, that is variable and type seem not to match in the Motive C API Library:

• boost_least_sq: Tried all types, all return false. For getter and setter.
• synchronizer_engine: For getter and setter.
• camera_overlap: For setter.
• volume_resolution:For setter
