Where should I look for why one environment is slow to update verse another?

Strange issue. Got a DEV and QA Environment with pretty much exact same records in it. I'm trying to do an update to QA environment, but it is going so slow. I do that SAME update to DEV and WAY Faster. Both are Sandbox Environments.

QA:

DEV:

I've checked the /tools/diagnostics/diag.aspx tool and both return very similar results.

Where should I look to compare possible reasons why one is slower - way slower - than the other? I'm bypassing logic on both.
