How is the command to create the table component?

reading the documentation I only see the use but I do not see how the table should be created and that the view should be placed so that it is painted.
A prompt reply would be appreciated.

I don't think you explain it to me in a correct way. I am trying to paint the table using sortable drag and drop rows. I am a newbie and so far I have this:

You do not need a render method the package will do it for you.
