Method Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Collection::total does not exist error on simple pagination

Hi,

I am getting Method Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Collection::total does not exist. error when I use $this->setPaginationMethod('simple'); method in the configure.

The error shows when I click the checkbox box to select all rows. Please help me fix it.

Found the issue, corrected in a test branch and have issued a pull request for it.

In the meantime, you can use the bulk-actions.blade.php from the pull request if you publish the views and make the changes.
