When creating a todo, when I press Enter, I naturally expect it to create the todo. It is very rare that I would want a line-break in a todo, but if I do, I would expect to use SHIFT+ENTER to enter a line-break, as is the case across most applications.
In the search bar, I expect Enter to execute the search, so it makes sense to use CTRL+ENTER there to add the search as a todo, but it feels weird to have to use a multi-key shortcut to do the basic thing I want to do every time I enter a todo.
