File watcher

At first:
Great tool! I really love tools which work intuitively.

Concerning the file watcher:

• On the home page I read that there should be a "file watcher". At least here (version 2.0.19) it doesn't work. Of course I can hit CTRL-R but a watcher should check the file continuously and perform a refresh of the GUI if the file changed.
  I changed the todo.txt externally and waited over an hour ... no reaction.
• Beside a regular check, the GUI should check the file as soon as the user starts an interactive change to prevent overwriting each other's changes.

Should this behaviour be implemented, I could realize this:

• Let an external tool create a Sleek task as soon as it enters a certain state.
• Share a todo file with another person to handle team tasks (since the interactive edit phase can take some time, some locking may be necessary).

This feature would take usability to a entirely new level.
