Trigger script when list is changed

What I like to do is to have my todo lists checked into git and figured the lowest way to hook this in would be to be able to fire a bash script when an item is added, updated, marked done, or deleted to be able to commit that to the git repo.

I don't know everyone's workflow but I think this would be the lowest touch.
