Cannot hook while Dolphin is using extended memory (MEM1 48mb, MEM2 64mb)

As you can see, I have a version of DME that works (can't even remember where I got it from) that accepts the extended memory, but when I try to read / write from py-dme, it doesn't write. I've tried several addresses since the example above and am unsure on how to get it to hook properly and actually write correctly.

Does it work with the official DME? If its a recent change, this probably just needs a merge with upstream.

This still seems to occur, it would be cool to see the restriction removed so we can mess debug builds of games.
