Support for Nutanix nodepools

It would be benificial for users with Nutanix clusters to be able to leverage the Nutanix Node Driver. There is an existing fork of the Rancher upstream that is an example of this, but currently unmaintained. Found here https://github.com/nutanix-cloud-native/rancher-on-nutanix
