[bug] Configure e2e tests to use equivalent version of Rancher Monitoring to match Project Monitoring #176
Description
Per the title, this issue is to track the PromFed side of this issue: rancher/ob-team-charts#33
Likely this will add a new constant to build.yaml to track the equivalent Rancher Monitoring version to use. Or maybe a range of acceptable versions, so as to allow fetching from either ob-team-charts or rancher/charts since testing from both sources could still be useful. 🤔
