Address handling the anomalous keyword OOM (Out of Memory) within log messages

Right now, the OEP for filtering out log messages with anomalous keywords does not include "OOM" because the Opensearch query used does not properly filter out messages to just exclusively include OOM. Hence, at some point, the query should be updated to include this keyword as well.
