• Rancher version: v2.12.0

Describe the bug

• The workloads page should not be reachable
• Will come back as an overview page as part of Replace Workloads page / list with an overview page #11513

To Reproduce

• nav to a cluster --> resource list
• replace resource with workload and hit return

Result

• removed workload page is shown

Expected Result

• 404
