Fleet - can't return to details tabs in App Bundle details page

Setup

• Rancher version: 2.12.0
• Rancher UI Extensions:
• Browser type & version:

Describe the bug

When selecting Graph tab https://${ fullPath }?as=graph it's impossible to go back to the details tabs view (https://${ fullPath }#bundles).
Instead, it's only possible to click on 'Config' button and navigate to the Config view (https://${ fullPath }?as=config) which is a duplicate of slide-in config page.

To Reproduce

• Go to Fleet -> App Bundles tab
• Select a GitRepo and click on GitRepo name in Name column
• Click on Graph button in top right corner of the page

Expected Result

It should be possible to go back to the default tabs view.
