Switch container registry to public (ECR) registry

I'm running some Kubernetes stuff with Helm on Rancher Desktop 1.20 and am getting:

Error response from daemon: toomanyrequests: You have reached your unauthenticated pull rate limit.

I cannot find in the docs how I can change from docker.io registry to the amazon ecr public gallery.

Where can I find instructions on how to do this?

That depends entirely on the helm charts you're using? The image comes from them, so you need to look at those to figure out how to switch registries.
