Rancher desktop dockered container engine

Hello ,
I have recently installed rancher desktop .

1. when running in containered mode nerdctl commands runs OK.

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> nerdctl run hello-world

Hello from Docker!

2. When running in dockered (moby) mode basic docker command not working .
   and getting below error.

I am also getting same issue, Is it resolved? what is the solution for this? I am also getting below error
