Add JsonMerge/PackageJson strategy #2
Description
Currently there's no strategy which could merge json files.
It should look something similar to ConfigParserMerge (in terms of configurability).
The most obvious use-case would be the npm's package.json files (for which it would be great to have its own strategy similar to SetupCfgMerge which can merge requirements).
