How to make a new release of CUTEst

1. Check out the branch master:

git checkout master
git pull

2. Update the version number in:

• version
• include/cutest.h
• include/cutest_c.h
• meson.build

3. Commit the changes to master:

git commit -am 'Release X.Y.Z'
git push

4. Create a new tag on master and push it:

git tag vX.Y.Z
git push --tags

5. CI will automatically create a new release with precompiled artifacts (this will take some time).
