Update Required Modules in Module Manifest

I had a few issues with module dependencies that I had to address before I could successfully install this module:

• I had update all of the prerequisite modules to the same version, which is currently 2.25.0. Not sure how best to define a consistent version in the manifest.
• I also had to install the Microsoft.Graph.Identity.SignIns module, but I can't determine where its dependency is coming from.
