Showing monitors on the home page from different categories

It's great that you can group monitors, but it would be better if you could show them independently on the main page, because if you have several groups you have to click between them. The suggestion is that you can mark on the category whether it should be visible directly on the main page. Not like now there is one category that can be shown.

Yes, I agree this would be a great enhancement. The developers or contributors should consider investigating this, as a dropdown feature appears more convenient.

Currently, the homepage defaults to showing only monitors from the 'home' category. To view monitors in other categories, users must click the category name, which navigates them to a separate page displaying that category's specific monitor feed.

Could we consider implementing collapsible feeds for all monitor categories directly on the homepage? This could work similarly to how the incident and maintenance event feeds are displayed – perhaps initially expanded, and then collapsing when the category header is clicked. This approach would likely be much more convenient for users who manage numerous categorized monitors, as it would consolidate the view and reduce the need for extra page loads.

Yes, that would be great, because with a large list of categories it is problematic to click through them one by one. You could consider introducing a "display method" for categories, e.g.:

• expanded (like the current home category)
• collapsed (hidden by default, after clicking it expands and becomes visible as now home category)
• link (redirects to a dedicated page)
