Some sites need login before access to some services via HTTP authentication - would be good to provide these options in the probe config.

@1tylermitchell you can just add the 'Authorization' header to the "headers" setting.

As the authorization header can already be added, it might make sense to just include "user" "password" fields in the frontend, and have it automatically add the Authorization header for you.
