Trying to use this in Chrome to send streaming audio to y different usb sound cards but it will only work on the sound card that is set in windows as the default sound card. Also tried using vb-cable sound drivers and those will not work either unless I set it as the sound device for windows

Are you using Voicemeeter, too? To me it seems that the Mixer tries to get Exclusive Control to all (output) devices it connects to which prevents them from being used as sinks by the extension.

I was able to fix this by Disallowing Exclusive Control in the (Advanced) Windows Sound Settings for all audio (output) devices, e. g.

There is a setting for this. And in 3.1.1.9 (and some versions before) it is locked in non-exclusive.

I`m using AudioPick with Voicemeeter with VAIO extension (it adds 5 more virtual inputs and outputs) and everything is fine. Default audio device in Windows is 1st default VM virtual input.
