Not possible to launch because of Infura using geth 1.10

It is not possible to launch Raiden through the Wizard when using Infura because Infura uses geth 1.10.
We need to update the Raiden version once we have a testnet and mainnet client release.

issues:

• testnet: Make testnet release with geth 1.10 fix raiden#6918
• mainnet: Release v2.0 (formerly v1.3) raiden#6959

We have a new testnet release supporting geth 1.10 but the demo env isn't supporting it yet (raiden-network/raiden#6964).

Mainnet Wizard is fixed with v1.2.0. For the Goerli Wizard we still need a working demo environment.
