Device Input pulseaudio: Assertion 's' failed at ../src/pulse/simple.c:253, function pa_simple_free()

I'm not able to stream with Darksnow and Darkice with Ubuntu 22.04.5 anymore, before it worked great on Ubuntu 20.04.
I've installed Lame again in /usr, so files are in the locations that are described in the INSTALL.lame file from the source package.
But when I start Darksnow I get this Error Message when I'm choosing 'pulseaudio' as device input, which I always did and worked good.

Assertion 's' failed at ../src/pulse/simple.c:253, function pa_simple_free(). Aborting.

Otherwise i get an error that Darksnow wasn't compiled with lame.

what device are you using with pulseaudio? did you try alsa?
