update library generator

Currently the types generated using dts are not generated to the right place (plus the way it bundles everything in one file).

We fixed it in Qwik UI, when I'll have time I'll fix it in the library generator as well

(plus we need to change the generated "lib" folder as it's in gitignore by default (or remove it from gitignoe)
