Issues with Subtitle Display and CC Button in Video Player in Android

The subtitle/CC button is not working consistently, as it does not display subtitles even when selected, except in some cases where the device is rotated. Additionally, when playing the second video in a session, the button disappears entirely in non-fullscreen mode.
