Cleanup outdated bio_footprint_calculation group and related typical_production_per_km2 carrier attribute #3296
Description
Several production nodes of biogenic products have the group bio_footprint_calculation specified. This is used to determine the area_footprint, which uses the attribute typical_production_per_km2 of biogenic carriers.
The area_footprint was used in a dashboarditem, which is not used in the front-end anymore. Furthermore, the attribute typical_production_per_km2 was also used in a mekko of bio footprint, which is also not used anymore in the front-end.
In short: the node group bio_footprint_calculation and carrier attribute typical_production_per_km2 are outdated and should be removed wherever still defined (including potential specs, etc.).
