Add functionality to assign multiple unique inlets to different sidesets

With the addition of the new inlet BCs, a vector of unique inlet BCs can be read into the simulation with the tag tag::inlet. However, only the first entry of this vector (for example.) This arises due to some uncertainty in knowing which sideset is assigned what inlet.
