Any possibility of a Tree component in the future? #14

There's an APG Tree View Pattern I've been interested in revisiting and a tree is already on my list, but I don't have a timeline for it.
I appreciate the gesture! I'd be more open to it were the software open source, but it doesn't feel right to accept substantial contributions. It also limits my ability to experiment and learn when someone else does the work :) |

Okay great, I'll keep an eye out for it for when/if you get to it. And thanks for the link - I'll dig into that a bit if I end up building something myself.
Absolutely! I suspected that would be the case. I think it's great that you are ring-fencing this as your own personal playground/passion project and keeping the standard super high. Great work. |

Shoelace's Tree component is awesome. Is there any chance there might be a Quiet implementation of it in the future?
Very few other libraries include a tree component like this (I assume because it's not very commonly needed?) but I'd really love to see a Quiet UI version as it's something I use a lot!
I've not dug into the internals of Quiet too much yet so I don't know how complex it would be to build. But if it is up for consideration I'd would be happy to have a go at a first-pass implementation if that would be useful (and of course if you want to accept contributions of this type).
Thanks again for all your hard work on this :)
