Update to Kafka 3.9.1

Hello,

There is a vulnerability ranked as high in kafka-clients <3.9.1: GHSA-vgq5-3255-v292. I see that Quarkus 3.24 moved directly to version 4.0.0, but are there any plans to change the version to 3.9.1 in the 3.20 (and possibly 3.15) LTS versions?
