org.hibernate.PersistentObjectException: detached entity passed to persist on persistAndFlush()

why on hibernate reactive 2.4.6.Final persistAndFlush not working on retry call.
For example :

public Uni updateById(Integer id, String tenantId, ProviderUpdateRequest request) {
return providerDao
.getById(id, tenantId)
.onItem()
.ifNull()
.failWith(new EntityNotFoundException())
.flatMap(provider -> {
provider = convertToEntity(request, provider);
return providerDao
.update(provider);
}
);
});
}

on providerDao update call persistAndFlush() this method worked after update quarkus version 3.21.2 -> 3.22.1 tests failed
