quarkus.test.integration-test-profile=test now required for native integration tests?

It seems that quarkus.test.integration-test-profile=test now is required for native integration test that run with test profile.
Before 3.18.x it was sufficent by declaring quarkus.test.native-image-profile=test and the tests and the native image ran with the application-test.property file.

Since 3.18.x, it seems that by not declaring quarkus.test.integration-test-profile=test the tests are executed without test properties.

As this might make sense as it is explainable that quarkus.test.native-image-profile=test is only for the image under tests and quarkus.test.integration-test-profile=test only for the tests but not the testee, I was not able to find the corresponding issue /PR.

1. Was there a change that decoupled test profile and application profile?
2. Can you provide me a ref of the change?
