How to programmatically send gRPC requests to a host not defined as a client?

Basically, I have a microservice that receives an IP address, and should send a gRPC request to that IP. How would I implement something like this in Quarkus? The documentation only seems to mention defining a gRPC client in the application.properties and then using that client as a bean, which doesn't allow for sending messages to an arbitrary IP.

You can either instantiate the client directly - but they won't be managed, or use Stork to handle the service discovery for the call.
