Locale.setDefault( new Locale( "tst", "TST" ) ) in @QuarkusTest, @BeforeAll works in IDE but not in maven build

    @AfterAll
    static void afterAll() {
        Locale.setDefault( Locale.getDefault() );
    }

Seems to be applied in running the test from my IDE. But from a maven build it fails. Note the resource bundle src/test/resources/messages_tst_TST.properties overrides certain keys from the default bundle in src/main/resources/messages.properties to have non language dependent (short) messages

I tried as well setting up: quarkus.default-locale=tst-TST in the src/test/resources/application.properties with no effect
