How quarkus is building the distroless image

I am trying to pull the distroless image in my organization but firewall blocks some of the host that are being accessed from the dockerfile of (https://quay.io/repository/quarkus/quarkus-distroless-image?tab=tags&tag=latest). I would like to see the docker file that builds this image.
