Reactive websocket client

Hello,
Is there a reactive client implementation for websockets, returning mutiny Multi?

I also want to be able set dynamic ws url at runtime, handle errors and reconnect the stream if ws server is temporarily not available

Looks like Mutiny vertx is what I am looking for
