Code cell output can mess up layouts

Code cells can produce many different types of output, and some of them tweak the closeread layouts (often expanding out of the sticky column and into the narrative column). We need a systematic treatment of each of these types of output including

• static plots
• console output
• tables
• code with warnings / errors / messages
• leaflet maps
• plotly plots
• various diagrams

I'm experiencing issues with code cell output and iframe objects displaying correctly. I have both a leaflet map and an iframe embedded in my qmd file that I have surrounded by the CR sticky div but when rendering neither appear within the viewport of the stickies section. I am also trying to customise the size and alignment of my images displayed according to the syntax specified in CR guidance docs ({width=50% fig-align="center"}), but have had no luck scaling my images down.
