How to include reaction for each article?

For that, you can use the reaction_summary attribute.

$article->reactionSummary();
$article->reaction_summary;

// example
$article->reaction_summary->toArray();
// output
/*
[
    "like" => 5,
    "dislike" => 2,
    "clap" => 4,
    "hooray" => 1
]
*/

For post collection, you can append reaction_summary in the post model.

protected $appends = ['reaction_summary'];

Now when you run $posts = Post::with('reactions')->get(); it will include reaction for each model.
