Proteomics template is validated but registration fails when no labelling is provided #1202
Description
What happened?
In pooled proteomics measurements, each sample must have a label assigned. During the upload in the dialog (#1201), the validation is successful even when there is no label in one of the pooled samples. The registration fails after successful validation.
expected behaviour
The validation fails when a sample in a pooled measurement does not provide a label as distinction between samples in a pooled measurement is not possible without labeling.
