creating "New Site" (chargify) results in error

I see that after implementing chargify_sites, a new node called "My sites" appeared. "My sites" is not pulling any products from the Chargify account. If I attempt to create new content by going to content-management->create content->new site, it results in the following error:

Whoopsy, there was a problem accessing that product. Try contacting whoever sent you here. :(
