Support for holoviews Annotator

Holoviews is based off bokeh/matplotlib as their rendering engine, and I was wondering if it would be possible to support holoviews annotator class (http://build.holoviews.org/user_guide/Annotators.html) which would be amazing to build data labelling web apps.
