Why not Object Oriented

Many of these functions simply return an Output object. Why not make put_input and many other functions classes that inherit from Output?

Yeah, you can see those output functions as factory of Output object. The thing is, the methods of Output class have nothing to be rewote in various output widget, and the only difference between the Output object for various output widget is they hold different
message. So, I can't see any reason to use OOP in here.
