Speaker Management system in junction #790

A lot of coordination that happens after speaker acceptance happens through one on one communication via emails, chat messages. It will be good to streamline them through junction. The initial requirements are mentioned below. We can add more as per requirement.
Create a Speakers Dashboard in junction which will include
- Speaker Talk acceptance and requirements
- Speaker Travel Details
- Schedule mentorship call
