Ani Cli not working for me.

I have both VLC and MPV installed I tried running
ani-cli in the Bash Git CMD and it says for both VLC and MPV not found
I even added MPV to $Path using the default scoop location.

C:\ProgramData\scoop\apps\mpv\0.35.0

as for VLC I just have a normal install of it. I am just not sure what I am doing at this point. I am currently running the latest version of windows 11.
