Does ani-cli store any data? Is the website that it scrapes from private and safe? Can I use ani-cli privately? Maybe using VPN or Tor or other tools? |

Ani-cli stores a history of your watched anime locally on your machine. Practically speaking, I wouldn't worry about it |

No data gets transferred to us developers.
The website is safe, but I can't speak to its privacy, your IP may be logged.
If you want to prevent your IP from being logged, a VPN, Proxy or Tor would be appropriate tools to achieve that.
