I got here from pypa/pip#3772 -> pypa/pip#1795 hoping for a way to use paths relative to the requirements file instead of the cwd.

The docs link is broken, the project seems dead (no significant commits for many years), and the pipenv seems to have its own reference impl unrelated to this repo.

It doesn't look like the current requirements.txt format is going away any time soon. Could this repo be archived to avoid confusion?
